Breastfeeding Advocacy - Chicago
Healthy Places
HealthConnect One is honored to be involved with Healthy Places, a joint partnership of the Chicago Department of Public Health and the Consortium to Lower Obesity in Chicago Children (CLOCC), to address obesity in the City of Chicago through environmental change.
As part of this partnership, HealthConnect One will encourage all hospitals with labor and delivery units in the City of Chicago to increase their institutional support for breastfeeding and to adopt steps towards becoming officially designated as “Baby-Friendly Hospitals.”
