The Chicago Community Health Workers and Promotores Network is by and for Chicago's community health workers and promotores. Created by a group of health educators and promoters and their organizations from the Chicago area, the Network is the result of dedicated organizing since 2003. HealthConnect One has incubated the Network since April 2007, acting as fiscal agent and staff advisor.
