Project Manager
HealthConnect One seeks an experienced public health manager for collaborative health promotion programs. The Project Manager oversees the implementation of community-wide policies, systems, environmental and practice change initiatives, along with promotion projects. The Manager coordinates, and may supervise, the activities of several HC One staff and consultants. The Manager facilitates relationships with diverse stakeholders such as state and regional health systems, hospitals, clinics, worksites, faith-based organizations, and community-based organizations. This role requires strategic analysis and integration of project activities with other HC One projects. This Project Manager is responsible for data collection, reporting, document development and project evaluation requirements specific to individual programs and grants.
