Navistar’s Integrated Product Development
Kristy Gagoff is the Manager of Organizational Development for Navistar. In this role, she is responsible for initiatives related to new hire on-boarding, training, leadership development and employee engagement. She has implemented a culture survey, conducted Culture Forums with over 350 employees, and helped to assess survey results on employee engagement. Kristy also leads the Culture Council, a cross representation of Integrated Product Development employees, in discussions related to culture and engagement.
Kristy received her MBA from DePaul University in Human Resources Organization Development and is a certified Franklin Covey facilitator, as well as DDI and a Meyers Brigg’s Type Indicator Practitioner.
Kristy joined the Associate Board of HealthConnect One shortly after her manager shared A Doula Story during a team meeting. Kristy was moved since she had recently given birth to her son and was inspired by an organization who helps to educate and provide resources for expectant mothers.
