Project Advisory
Reviews all materials and guides the project as a whole, both in the pilot community of Rogers Park and across the City; currently includes all project partners and participants. (Sheri Cohen, Facilitator)
Pilot Implementation
Assists with and monitors the implementation of the survey; actively works with Surveyor to monitor progress of the pilot project in Rogers Park and to troubleshoot as barriers arise. (Daniel Block and Laura Bahena, Co-Chairs)
Project Promotion
Develops and implements a promotion plan to inform Rogers Park organizations about the Pilot Project and encourage participation. (Sheri Cohen and Marisela Mirelez, Co-Chairs)
Fundraising
Identifies funding opportunities for the Chicago CHW/Promotor Survey & Mapping Project. (Molly Martin, Chair)
Mapping
Advises and assists with the Project’s interactive mapping activities, in order to ensure the maps can be used to support, sustain, and expand CHW and Promotor programs across Chicago. (Sef Okoth, Chair)
Confidentiality
Determines which survey questions have answers which are sensitive, confidential, and may be reported only in summary form – and which survey questions have answers which are non-sensitive and can be mapped and made public. (Sef Okoth and Daniel Block, Co-Chairs)
