Mary Rose Reiter is a Partner at Deloitte Tax LLP and is a member of Deloitte's International Tax service line. Her background is concentrated in serving large publicly traded, multinational companies as well as middle-market clients, and providing consultation on both inbound and outbound tax considerations. Mary Rose regularly consults with clients with regard to their international structures, including acquisition and disposition restructuring, as well as other restructuring transactions.
Mary Rose holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Elmhurst College and a Masters in Taxation from DePaul University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of both the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.
