Summary
To date, more than 6,000 low-income families have benefitted from services provided by HC One-trained doulas, through community-based doula replication programs nationwide.
Replication involves a formal partnership between an agency and HC One to create a community-based doula program, which includes five essential components.
Each site serves a unique population, from non-English speaking immigrants, to women in addiction treatment, to teenaged mothers. HC One's training team will work with your community to develop an interactive, intensive, 20-session course tailored for your target community.
HealthConnect One guides agencies through distinctive phases of planning and program development and provides appropriate consultation and technical support at each stage.
