Rachel Kimball - Associate Board Chair-Elect
Business Analyst, Chicago Housing Authority
Rachel is a business analyst for the largest owner of low-income/subsidized housing in the city of Chicago, providing homes to more than 50,000 families and individuals while supporting healthy communities in neighborhoods all across the city. In her current role, she is charged with managing projects, creating technical documentation and fostering teamwork across business groups.
She received her bachelor’s degree in speech communication from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and her master’s degree in MIS from Governors State University.
Rachel’s passion for volunteering and community service brought her to HealthConnect One's Associate Board in 2009 because she firmly believes in the goals and the mission of the program.
