Stacey Austin is a partner at the boutique law firm of Wang Kobayashi Austin, LLC where she concentrates her practice in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation. Stacey works with employers to assist them with the legal compliance obligations relating to their retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive and equity compensation arrangements. Prior to joining Wang Kobayashi Austin, LLC, she was an attorney in the Employee Benefits department of Winston & Strawn LLP.
Stacey received her B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and serves on the Board of the Harvard Law Society of Illinois and on the Retirement and Sponsored Benefit Programs Committee of the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago.
Since receiving the invaluable support of a doula before, during and after the delivery of her son, Stacey believes in the importance of education and providing resources for expectant mothers -- which is what led her to serve on the Board of HealthConnect One.
Stacey lives in Chicago with her husband and son.
