Stephanie Gaines is a senior attorney with Walgreens Co. where she advises and counsels store operations in all areas of employment law. Prior to Walgreens, she was a partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson L.L.P. in Chicago. Stephanie earned a B.A. in marketing from Loyola University, Chicago and an M.B.A. and law degree, both from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa. She is a member of the Cook County Bar Association since 1995 and in her free time serves as a committee member for the Chicago International Film Festival and is a member and mentor with the Black Women Lawyers Association.
