Stephen Murray
Office Manager / Database Administrator
Stephen Murray has been tasked with managing the office and improving efficiency in office procedures so our trainers can focus solely on training. Many times this involves shipping training manuals and diagnosing paper-jams, but he has overseen more challenging projects, as well. In his tenure with HC One, Stephen has coordinated the move to our new offices at 1436 Randolph, upgraded the phone and data systems by acquiring our own T1, and migrated donor information to the cutting-edged and customized Salesforce.com.
Stephen comes to HC One from Children's Memorial Foundation where he served in a similar role supporting an office of 100 fundraisers in raising money to help sick kids. Stephen’s non-profit experience also includes stints as the Artistic Director of Promethean Theatre Ensemble and Assistant Artistic Director of Strawdog Theatre Company. At Promethean, his role was to oversee the performance ensemble and its members, interface with the board and donors, and represent the company as its artistic figurehead to the community. In his four years with the new company, they were Joseph Jefferson Award Recommended and surpassed their development goals during his last two seasons. Stephen brings his organizational and development talents to HC One along with a strong personal connection to the mission.
