Debora Mbaluka is a full-time Nursing student at Rush University. Prior to moving to Chicago for graduate school, she worked as a Mental Health case manager in Washington state.
Debbie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Washington in Seattle.
Debbie is deeply interested in mental health, birth equity, and addressing post-partum depression, especially in the African American community. She decided to join the Associate Board because of HealthConnect One’s work to ensure great support and follow-up care for women after giving birth.
Debbie is committed to supporting maternal health equity for all women and bridging the gaps.
